A demon that writes messages on your mirror with blood but they’re useful messages. Like “remember you have yoga at 6 tonight”

imagine sticking a dry erase pen to the mirror with a message like ‘damn it Moloch just use the pen you don’t need to kill a chicken every time i have an appointment’
- running - (my personal favorite/most successful for me) it gets my heart rate up through activity and peaks it in a different way than anxiety makes it, so after a nice long run my heart rate slows down, i’ve had a nice distraction and also some reflection time to think about...
Exercise because it feels good. Exercise because it makes you happy.
Don’t exercise because you’re terrified that you ate too much for dinner. Don’t exercise because you hate the way your body looks in the mirror.
Loving yourself will get you so much further than hating yourself.
Needed this reminder
- me: *wears a tee shirt with "messy hair don't care" written on it*
- me: *constantly looks in any mirror available to make sure my hair looks ok*
Do you ever look in the mirror and think to yourself it’s so fucking ridiculous that no one is hitting this
The thing is, is okay to not like others, it’s perfectly fine if you don’t like her skirt, or if you think his shoes are ugly, you have the right to think her hair is hideous or think that scar is ugly, it’s fine if you gossip with your friend on how you didn’t like the new haircut someone got, you don’t have to see everyone with beauty. What is not okay is to make this remarks out loud so others can hear them, it’s not okay to criticize directly and to their faces, not only is not polite but extremely unnecessary.
It’s okay if your personal preferences and opinions go against how others look or act, the thing is, you don’t have any right to tell them, mock them, or make them feel bad or uncomfortable about it.
Men who can’t cook, clean, or even do their own laundry are not “cute” and “in need of a woman to care for them”. They are spoiled brats so dependent on gender roles that they never bothered to learn the minimal skills to take care of themselves.
shout out to the girls that hate their bodies but are trying really really hard to find the beauty and comfort in them because that shit is hard and takes a lot of time and is emotionally exhausting. i’m proud of y’all.
And the guys :)
sending me cute messages out of the blue is the key to my heart, like yes let me know I’m on your mind.
